• Order and license details (products purchased, license keys issued, production dates);
• License activation data from SceneCaster (activation timestamps, device identifiers);
• Support correspondence you send us; and
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser information when you visit the site.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store your card number.

2. How We Use Your Information and Legal Basis

• Deliver license keys, purchase confirmations, and renewal reminders (performance of contract);
• Provide customer support (performance of contract, legitimate interests);
• Prevent fraud and secure our systems (legitimate interests);
• Improve the product and service (legitimate interests); and
• Comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations (legal obligation).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Data Sharing and Subprocessors

• Paddle (paddle.com): Merchant of Record for all sales — handles payments, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds.
• Resend (resend.com): transactional email delivery (license keys, receipts, support replies).
• Supabase (supabase.com): database, authentication, and backend hosting.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where required by law or valid legal process.

4. Data Retention

We retain purchase and license records for as long as necessary to provide the service, support customers, and meet legal obligations — typically no longer than 3 years after your last transaction. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. California residents may request information about our data practices and opt out of the "sale" of personal data (we do not sell personal data). We use appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and hosted infrastructure with industry-standard protections — to protect your information. Payment card data is handled entirely by Paddle and is never stored on our servers.

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the store, keep your cart, and secure checkout. We do not use advertising cookies. Your browser can be configured to refuse or delete cookies, but some parts of the site may not function properly without them.

8. Children's Privacy
