Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Digital Dreamscapes, the online store operated by E-llusion Media, Inc., a California corporation. By purchasing or downloading any product from Digital Dreamscapes, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and Licenses
All products sold through Digital Dreamscapes are digital theatrical backdrop licenses delivered through SceneCaster. Upon completing a purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital scenery content for live theatrical productions as specified in your license (individual scene, Full Jr. Production, or Full Production). Licenses are issued to a single organization or production company and may not be shared, sublicensed, resold, or transferred to any third party.
2. License Scope
- Individual Scene License: Grants rights to use one specified scene in live theatrical productions.
- Full Jr. Production License: Grants rights to use all scenes in the Jr. version of the specified musical in live theatrical productions.
- Full Production License: Grants rights to use all scenes in the specified musical in live theatrical productions.
All licenses are valid through the production end date entered at activation, not to exceed 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. Delivery
License keys are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes of purchase. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not: copy, reproduce, or distribute the digital scenery content outside of live theatrical productions; reverse engineer or modify the SceneCaster software or license keys; use the content for commercial film, television, or broadcast productions without a separate written agreement; or share license keys with any individual or organization other than the licensed production.

Please see our Refund Policy page for full details. We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the product does not function as described and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.
6. Payment Processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms), which govern payment, billing, tax, cancellations, and refunds.
7. Intellectual Property
All digital scenery content, artwork, and software remain the intellectual property of E-llusion Media, Inc. Your purchase grants a limited license to use the content as described above and does not transfer ownership.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activity includes: any unlawful use; fraudulent activity or spam; infringing the intellectual property rights of others; introducing malware or attempting to probe, scan, or interfere with the security or integrity of our systems; and unauthorized scraping or automated access.
9. Service Level
We work to keep the store and SceneCaster available and functioning as described, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license or access to the service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided as-is. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the purchase in question.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
